Our work began in Singapore because this is where we were both based and it is also a State undergoing significant change in its attitude and action toward trafficking. As we engage with our own global migration, the location and focus of this research has expanded to the UK and the US. However, we aim to encompass a global approach to generate dialogue broadly across the field.
This blog is our regular contribution to understanding the shape and nature of trafficking as well as engaging with the international debate on human trafficking. We value collaborative working and are always keen to make links with other researchers, academics, NGOs and civil society groups.
